Bourbon Barrel Aged Regulator
The best German Dopplebock in the country, 2014 GABF Bronze & 2015 GABF Gold Medalist, gets a turn to play with wood. The sweet malt depth of the basebeer is further enhanced with barrel aromas and flavors of vanilla and coconut. You will be surprised by how clean the beer finishes with the perceived sweetness. While it was already one of the top beers in the country, the barrel aged version is unequaled. 11.4% ABV
2014 Midnight Cab
Hidden in the back corner of our cooler for two years is this gem of a Belgian Ale. The Black Saison dived into Cabernet barrels black and emerged with a slight reddish hue. The liquid aged on French oak incorporates characteristics of white pepper, black tea, and currants. 8.5% ABV
Anniversary Wheatwine
Not just a pale barleywine, not just an imperial hefeweizen, but something else--something more. By using an absurd amount of wheat instead of barley, ourAnniversary XII has a huge body that's still light on its feet and never overpowering, providing a solid base that allows a beautiful marriage of spicy clove and banana to balance beautifully with a crisp cherry sweetness from aging a portion in fresh Napa cabernet barrels and refermented on cherries. 9.6% ABV
