COURSE 1 - Yogurt & Paleta De Mango panna cotta, Turley’s Farm boozy berries, mango, Mexican mint marigold & spent grain granola.
COURSE 2 (choice of) - Farmer’s Market Frittata- asparagus, smoked gouda & whatever else looks good! w/ heirloom tomato & greens salad, Adios Pantalones vinaigrette. OR Texas Red Brined Wagyu Short Rib Hash- French lentils, mire poix veggies, fried farm egg & everything spice crunchies.
COURSE 3 - “The Triple Treat” – Iron Thistle beer batter doughnuts, Ugly Pug chocolate cream, Hibiscus Brut IPA caramel, malted pecans & cocoa nibs.
